No.23 Opera Suites, Llangollen

No.23 Opera Suites is located half way along Church Street in Llangollen. The street is one of the oldest in the town, and once was the main road through Llangollen. It's a very short walk from the cottage to the town centre. Opposite the cottage are some steps which take you to the useful Co-op shop and carpark. 

Boasting a riverside location with a pleasing garden and patio to relax and enjoy the Llangollen vibe. From the garden is a perfect view of Dinas Bran located at the top of the mountain overlooking the town. This view is celebrated on the blind within suite 2 of the cottage. Within the cottage is a beamed sitting room complete with light burner, leather chesterfield sofas, a flat screen TV and writing desk. The kitchen benefits from a glass ceiling and a breakfast bar/ table and includes all the services expected within a modern kitchen.

Upstairs are two cosy bedrooms but it's worth noting the limited storage available due to their size. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Kitchen:  cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, fridge, microwave, all cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, breakfast bar/table, iron under sink.

Sitting Room:  Flat screen TV. Log burner, radiator and control unit, writing desk.

Suite 1:  double bed, dressing table, radiator, flat screen TV, bedside tables with lamps,  hanging space with coat hangers, hairdryer, towels and bedding provided.

Suite 2: double bed, dressing table with lamp, hanging space with coat hangers, under bed storage, towels and bedding provided.

Bathroom: shower, heating, toilet, basin. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and toiletries

Cupboard under stairs: Ironing board

WIFI is provided free of charge within the cottage. The wifi name is:  Opera_Suites_23.

Rubbish collection takes place every Thursday so dont be surprised to see the small bins and bags outside each property awaiting collection. 

Slippery when wet !  Please be extra careful when you step on the decking in the garden during the winter months as it can be exceptionally slippery
