Problems and Solutions

A few of our guests asked if instructions could be included on this site on how to adjust the heating in No.8 Opera Suites, so here's a video which we hope will help:

WIFI is available free-of-charge at all Opera Suite cottages. When you search for networks on your phone or device you will find either of the following available to you:

• Opera_Suites_8
• Opera_suites_23

The password for the WIFI has been sent to you before your arrival and is shown on the small blackboard within the cottages. 

Problems:

Due to the poor internet availability in Llangollen, we decided to utilise the Huawei 4G routers which are in each property.  These routers also include basic Alexa functionality.

If the green light isn't on, on the front, and instead it is showing amber, then please switch off the router at the plug, wait 5 seconds, then switch back on. This should then resolve any issues with internet availability.

On one occasion a fuse tripped in the cottage at No. 23. To switch the fuse back on, the electricity box is located behind the clock face of the grand father clock by the front door. To remove the clock cover, release the two gold catches on the right side of the clock and then lift the clock face off.
